When I’d first seen this product advertised I wanted it right away. I ask my girlfriend often to stretch my fingers for me while we’re lazing around together. I can, of course, stretch them myself but the stretch feels much better when it is passive and not under strain.
I was surprised to see the cost, not that I felt it was “cheap” or should cost more. I think the price is right, but, you see so many products out there asking much more than the value of the product, simply because they can.
Lastly, and possibly most importantly, when I ordered my pair and they arrived, I was thrilled to try them on.. but they were just a little too big for me. I reached out to ask about getting them exchanged on a Friday afternoon, and got a reply same day! When I confirmed that I wanted to exchange them, I was sent a shipping label same day, and upon receiving my pair, the size I wanted was shipped out to me with no hassle, no additional cost, and no further input needed. I’ve seen some companies charge as much as $20 to do a size exchange.
Needless to say, Metaflex seems to have not just a good product, but care about their customers.
